Where information is stored

Most workspace working data is stored locally in the browser. Account, access, support and submitted community data is sent to Supabase. Stripe processes checkout and payment details; LaunchLemur does not store full card details. Hosting is provided through Render. Support email is provided through Proton Mail, which processes support conversations. No analytics or marketing tracking provider is used.

External content feeds

Some workspace widgets request live content from third-party providers — weather, sports, finance and market data, stock data, internet radio directories and streams, YouTube and GIF search. When a widget loads, the provider receives your IP address and the request (for example a searched city or team), which it handles under its own privacy policy. Widget content you do not add to your workspace is never requested.

Browser technologies

Necessary local storage and session technology is described in the Cookie Policy. No optional analytics or marketing tracker is configured in this repository.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact support first. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Children should not create an account without the permission required by applicable law.

Deletion and backups

Ask support to delete your account. Clearing browser storage removes local workspace data from that browser, but does not delete remote account, support, purchase or community records.

Automated decisions and changes

LaunchLemur does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. This notice may change when the real providers, retention periods or data flows change.
