The purchase covers LaunchLemur and widgets released as part of it. It does not automatically include unrelated products created separately in the future.

A single payment

£12.99 excluding VAT

One payment. VAT is calculated by checkout, and your final tax-inclusive total is shown before payment.

LaunchLemur is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly charges, automatic renewals or recurring LaunchLemur membership payments.

What lifetime access means

Lifetime access means you can continue using the version of LaunchLemur available to your account for as long as LaunchLemur remains operated and supported.

It includes every new LaunchLemur widget released while the product continues to be developed. It does not mean the service can be guaranteed to operate forever regardless of circumstances outside our control. If LaunchLemur ever has to close, customers will be given reasonable notice where possible.

How your information is used

LaunchLemur collects the information needed to provide accounts, process purchases, run support and keep the service working. The Privacy Notice explains what is collected, why it is needed, who helps process it and how long it is kept.

Where your workspace is saved

Workspace layouts, widget content, notes, tasks, settings and recent activity are primarily saved in the browser on the device you use. Clearing browser storage may remove that local information, and it does not automatically appear on another device.

Your account, access status, support messages and anything you deliberately submit to community features are handled separately through the connected account service. Signing in does not mean every local workspace item synchronises.

Payment information

Stripe is the configured checkout provider. LaunchLemur does not store your full payment-card details on its own servers. Tax treatment, the refund policy and the final total are always shown and confirmed before you pay.
