What you are buying
These terms explain what you are buying, how payment works and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who operates LaunchLemur
LaunchLemur is operated by Maximilian Stilwell, a sole trader trading as LaunchLemur. The correspondence address is published in the public footer of this site.
2. What LaunchLemur is and what is included
LaunchLemur is a customisable digital workspace made from widgets. A one-time purchase provides access to the full LaunchLemur workspace, every widget currently included and every new LaunchLemur widget released in the future. Unrelated products created separately are not included automatically.
3. One-time payment, VAT and taxes
The price is £12.99 excluding VAT, paid once. Checkout calculates any VAT or other tax required for the customer's location and shows the final tax-inclusive total before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
4. Account, immediate access and lifetime meaning
An account is needed to use connected workspace features. Access is provided after a successful payment is confirmed. Lifetime access means access for as long as LaunchLemur remains operated and supported; it is not a promise that hosting can continue forever in every circumstance.
If immediate digital access affects cancellation rights, checkout will use a separate unchecked acknowledgement that records its wording version, timestamp and account. The final wording requires professional review.
5. Refunds, faulty content and statutory rights
The approved refund rules are shown in the standalone Refund Policy before checkout. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If the service is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied, contact support promptly.
6. Customer responsibilities and intellectual property
Use your own account, keep your sign-in details safe and do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person or try to bypass access controls. LaunchLemur and its original widgets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You keep your own workspace content.
7. Availability, changes and closure
Maintenance, outages and changes may sometimes be necessary. Future widgets and improvements are planned benefits, not a guarantee that every suggestion will be built. If LaunchLemur materially changes or closes, reasonable notice will be given where possible.
8. Complaints, law and contact
Send complaints to the support address in the footer with your account email, purchase details and a clear description. Governing law and jurisdiction will be completed from the operator's actual location and professionally reviewed. These terms may be updated with a new date and version.
